As per reports, evacuation alerts were active for Teit Creek and Shetland Creek and Cornish Mountain Wildfires as of 0545 hours local time on Wednesday (17 July). Alongside, evacuation orders were active for the Fort Nelson, Lytton Creek and parts of Teit Creek and Shetland Creek as well.

Additionally, wildfires in Falls Creek, Nelson Forks, Muskwa River, Shush Creek, Estsine Lake, among others, also remained out of control.
