Lt Gen Sharma is an acknowledged thought leader and expert on defence, homeland and corporate security. He advises corporations, defence, diplomatic and homeland security think-tanks, and is a speaker and author of repute. He has provided his insights on the most salient economic and political risk factors hovering over the globe in major international forums including The Horasis Annual Meeting in Switzerland and Ireland, the Global Arab Summit and Secure Tech.
Lt Gen Sharma has been decorated for gallantry as well as distinguished service, and has been felicitated on two occasions by the President of India for leadership and devotion to duty and country.

Founder CEO of MitKat Advisory and its current Managing Director, Sam leads the company's vision of helping organisations de-risk their businesses and protect critical assets. Under his leadership, MitKat achieved profitability in its very first year, expanded internationally within five years, and today serves more than 50 of the Fortune Global 100 companies, having delivered projects across 25 countries spanning five continents. He is currently spearheading MitKat's strategic expansion in the United States.
A highly decorated Indian Army veteran, Sam graduated as the Best Cadet from the Indian Military Academy, earning the Sword of Honour and President's Gold Medal. He was subsequently selected for the overseas Command & Staff Course in the United Kingdom. During his military career he held distinguished command, staff, instructional, technical and multinational appointments, commanded a combat unit, and was decorated for distinguished service.
Following his military career, Sam built and led the Security Consulting Practice within the Mahindra Group, taking the business to profitability in its first year and delivering rapid growth in its second before founding MitKat Advisory.

An alumnus of Stanford GBS and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and an IVLP Fellow (US State Department), Pawan has 25+ years of experience in the security risk management domain. He was involved with the initial set-up and growth of a Mahindra Group consulting company in cyber security before co-founding MitKat Advisory Services.
He is currently the CEO, responsible for MitKat's P&L and its global aspirations. He has led several high-profile, complex and multidimensional risk consultancy assignments with industry leaders across verticals for more than 100 blue-chip companies.
A distinguished ex-Indian Navy officer with specialisation in submarine operations, he is an acknowledged thought leader in security risk management and a staunch supporter of the convergence of cyber and physical security.
He speaks regularly at forums including GSX, the OSPAs, OSAC, ACSG, ASIS, BCI and Duty of Care. He has authored several articles in professional journals and was selected as one of a few security professionals in the country to represent India at the India–US security professionals meet in 2014. He has served as Secretary of the Mumbai chapter of ASIS.
He is a regular visiting faculty member at Symbiosis International University, NMIMS and other premier management institutes. As part of the Digital India initiative he has been deeply involved in training more than 1,000 people on cyber safety awareness and certification. His professional qualifications include CISA, CISSP and CBCP.

Sushil is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in leadership and management roles within complex operations, supervising diverse teams and managing challenging programmes and assignments within India and abroad.
He has provided customised risk management solutions to a variety of MNCs and Indian companies in Myanmar, Iraq, Bangladesh, China, Japan, Sri Lanka and difficult geographies of India.
Sushil is a prolific speaker at influential industry forums in India and in London, Dubai, New York, Singapore, Beijing, Colombo and Dhaka, and is a sought-after keynote speaker and moderator on industry panels. He has authored articles in industry and strategic journals and has appeared as a security and defence expert on national television.
He conducts security audits and assessments worldwide for data centres, IT parks, schools, manufacturing plants, offices and banks, and is much in demand for crisis simulation exercises for corporate management teams. In addition to an MBA from Pune University, he holds an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies and an MPhil in National Security Studies.
During his 22 years in the military — he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Indian Army — Sushil handled combat, instructional, staff and multinational assignments. He was decorated for gallantry in counter-terrorist operations, trained in commando operations, counter-insurgency and jungle warfare, and served extensively in the Himalayan high-altitudes. He was a UN Peacekeeper in Sierra Leone and has been awarded the UN Medal, and trained international UN peacekeepers at the United Nations Training Centre of the Bundeswehr in Germany.

Bruce McIndoe is a recognised leader, author and speaker in risk management, technology, geopolitical risk and intelligence. As a founder of iJET/WorldAware, one of the world's leading open source intelligence (OSINT) providers, he led the development of the Continuous Risk Management Model (CRMM) and has been a thought leader in Integrated Risk Management solutions protecting people, sites, supply and information assets.
Bruce developed the TRM Maturity Model (TRM3), adopted by the GBTA, and chaired development of the TRM3 Assessment Tool. He was recognised by Business Travel News as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Executives in the business travel industry, and as a Top 40 Global Thought Leader by the Life Safety Alliance.
Prior to leaving the government market in 1999, Bruce worked with several agencies including NSA/CIA, DoD and NASA, where he was an early pioneer and practitioner of OSINT in the national security domain.

A technology and business leader with over two decades of experience, Nilkanth holds an engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai and a management degree from MICA, Ahmedabad. His corporate journey includes a significant tenure at IBM, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling its ecosystem of partners, startups and developers across the region. He went on to be part of the early team at Unstoppable Domains, contributing to its journey from pre-seed to unicorn status.
