Temporary ramp closure on Sainte-Anne Boulevard to Felix-Leclerc Expressway in Quebec City from Friday (18 September)

As per reports, the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable – MTMD) announced temporary traffic disruptions linked to the construction of the new Île-d’Orléans Bridge in Quebec City on Friday (18 September).

• Reports indicate that crews are scheduled to close the access ramp from Sainte-Anne Boulevard (Route 138) eastbound to the Félix-Leclerc Expressway (Autoroute 40) westbound.
• Reports indicate that active ramp blockades, detour implementations, and construction operations are scheduled to remain active from 2100 hours local time on Friday (18 September) (0100 hours UTC) on Saturday (19 September) through 0500 hours local time (0900 hours UTC) on Tuesday (22 September).
• Reports indicate that municipal authorities established marked detour routes via regional bypass roads to redirect affected passenger vehicles and commercial traffic around the interchange zone.
