As per reports, the northbound I-69E entrance ramp before Loop 499 (Primera Road) in Harlingen is scheduled to be closed from 0830 hours local time (1430 hours UTC) to 1700 hours local time (2300 hours UTC) on Thursday (06 November).

The closure is being implemented to facilitate roadway improvement work.
