As per reports, severe flooding has been reported near 102-02 159th Road in Howard Beach, Queens, with people reportedly using kayaks to navigate flooded areas on Saturday (26 September).
The flooding is occurring amid an ongoing nor’easter affecting the New York region. The National Weather Service has a Coastal Flood Warning in effect for the area through Sunday (27 September), alongside strong winds and rainfall.
