As per reports from the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), resurfacing and intersection upgrade works have been scheduled on SH2 between Fergusson Drive and Totara Park Road.
• The affected section of SH2 has been announced to close Sunday to Thursday nights till Thursday (02 October) between 2100 to 0430 hours (local time).
• A detour has been put in place via Totara Park Road and Fergusson Drive.
• Authorities have advised that works are dependent on various factors and may be postponed if conditions do not permit.
