As per reports, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has banned the use of firecrackers, popularly known as knockouts during the Christmas and New Year celebrations as of Saturday (14 December).
The Officer of the FCT command, stated that the ban would be implemented to ensure the safety of all residents of FCT and to protect lives and property throughout the festive season.
