The Central Weather Administration released a report for an earthquake occurring on Monday (27 January) around 0812 hours (local time). The earthquake had a magnitude of 5.2, with a focal depth of 6.5 kilometers, and occurred near Taitung County Hall. As of now, no deaths or injuries have been reported.
