As per reports, a multi-vehicle traffic accident occurred on National Freeway 3, after a tractor-trailer travelling northbound reportedly struck the inner-side guardrail, near the Xinhua System section in Tainan on Wednesday (23 September).
• The incident occurred around 344.6 kilometers, with spilled cargo and debris affecting both northbound and southbound carriageways.
• Authorities temporarily implemented extensive traffic controls while police, highway authorities and emergency personnel worked to clear the roadway.
