Youth Demand to stage disruptive protests across United Kingdom on Monday (11 November)

As per reports, Youth Demand, a civil society activist group, is expected to stage protests across the United Kingdom on Armistice Day, which is to be observed on Monday (11 November), to demand action by the government on the Palestine issue.

• Activists will reportedly occupy streets and cause disruptions across five cities including London. Currently, the details of the other four cities are unknown, but it is anticipated that all major cities of the UK will witness activism.
• The group is also expected to stage protests on Black Friday, which will be observed on 29 November.
• Met Police have issued a warning that anyone disrupting Remembrance Day events (Armistice Day) will be met with robust penal action.
• Aside from Pro-Palestine activism, protestors will reportedly also demand action on the climate front.
