The National Weather Service on Sunday (15 December) has issued a winter weather advisory for parts of northeastern New Jersey, most of the Lower Hudson Valley, and the northern sections of Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut.

The winter weather advisory is currently in effect for Western Passaic, most of the Lower Hudson Valley, northern Fairfield, and northern New Haven.
