As per reports, a winter weather advisory has been issued for San Diego in California from Monday (01 January) 1300 hours (local time) to Wednesday (03 January) 2000 hours (local time). There is a possibility of two to five inches of snow accumulation and strong winds up to 25-30 mph across San Bernardino County Mountains and Riverside County through Wednesday (03 January).
• Heavy rainfall is expected in San Francisco, Fresno, and Los Angeles, as well as is likely to affect the California coastline, including in the Bay Area and Interstate 80’s Donner Pass.
• Heavy rainfall is also expected in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah from Wednesday (03 January) to Thursday (04 January) and in Northern Sierra through Friday (05 January). Heavy rainfall is expected across Portland and Seattle, along with strong winds along the Oregon and Washington coastlines.
