As per reports, a winter storm watch has been updated by the National Weather Service until Saturday (17 February) for several counties, including Somerset, Bedford, Fulton, Franklin, Cumberland, Adams, York, and Lancaster.

• The watch, effective from Friday (16 February) 1900 hours until Saturday (17 February) 0700 hours (local time), warns of the potential for heavy snow with accumulations of four to six inches.
