As per reports, asset maintenance and replacement work at the Sungai Selangor Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant (SSP1 WTP) are expected to be completed at 1900 hours on Wednesday (05 June) and users in seven affected areas in the Klang Valley can expect water supply to their areas to be restored in stages starting at 0300 hours on Thursday (06 June).

Affected regions include Gombak, Hulu Selangor, Klang, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Selangor, Petaling and Shah Alam. Full restoration of the water supply is expected at around 1200 hours on Friday (07 June).
