According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), different warnings have been issued in Kerala for inclement weather on Monday (10 June):

• An orange alert for very heavy rainfall, thunderstorm and lightning along with strong surface winds is issued for Kasaragod and Kannur.
• A yellow alert for heavy rainfall, thunderstorm, and lightning along with strong surface winds is issued for Kozhikode, Wayanad, Malappuram, Ernakulam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Pathanamthitta and Kollam.
