As per a post by Thane Police Commissionerate on its X account at 1704 hours on Saturday (17 August), the traffic notification regarding the closure of Ghodbunder route for the entry of heavy vehicles, from 0001 hours on Friday (15 August) until 0500 hours on Monday (18 August), has been cancelled.

The geometric improvements at the Gaimukh Ghat on the Thane Ghodbunder State Highway 42 cannot be carried out due to heavy rains.
