As per reports, a procession is scheduled to be held from Bhavani Mata temple in Bhavani Peth, Pune. This is scheduled on Wednesday (19 February) from 1600 hours. The procession will pass through Lakshmi road and Shivaji road and is expected to cause traffic disruptions. Buses will be undertaking alternate routes post 1600 hours to minimize impact.
• Routes 2, 2A, 2B, 11, 11A, 11K, 13, 17, 21, 37, 38, 216, 298, 354:
Buses will take Jagannath Maharaj Road, moving through Bal Gandharv, Deccan, Alka Talkies, Kumthekar Road, Vishrambag Wada, Mandai, and reach Swar Gate.
• Routes 35, 36, 82, 87, 87A, 99, 100, 107, 109, 110, 114, 115, 119, 121, 122, 123, 142, 145, 152, 158, 204, 208, 219, 256, 322, 322A, 323, 323A, 333:
Buses will operate via Dhole Patil Road and Ferguson Road while traveling from Manpa Bhavan toward Shivaji Putla. On return, buses will operate via Jagannath Maharaj Road to Manpa Bhavan.
• Routes 5, 6, 24, 24A, 39, 140, 141, 172, 235, 236:
These buses will run via Pune Station, Police Commissioner’s Office, West End Talkies, Mahatma Gandhi Bus Stand, and Swargate, continuing along the regular route.
• Routes 3, 9, 57, 81, 94, 108, 143, 144, 144A, 144K, 174, 283:
Buses will operate via Kumbharwada, Juna Bazaar, Mangalwar Peth when traveling towards Pune Station. Buses returning from Pune Station will follow Gadditla, Kumbharwada, Manpa Bhavan, Deccan Gymkhana, and then their regular route.
• Routes 7, 197, 202:
Buses will take the route via Pul Gate, Gadditla, Swargate, and regular routes after the closure of Bhavani Mata Temple Road.
• Routes 8, 9, 180, 181:
Buses will follow Kumbharwada, Gadditla, Pune Station, West End Talkies, Mahatma Gandhi Bus Stand, and proceed on their regular route.
• Routes 113 and 113A:
These buses will continue their operations from the Manpa riverside bus stand after 1500 hours.
