As per reports, around 75,000 homes remain without power and travel disruptions have been caused by Storm Caetano as of Saturday (23 November). The affected regions with power outages are Normandy with 30,000 customers, Pays de la Loire with 16,000 customers and Centre-Val de Loire with 5,000 customers.

51 departments, mainly in the northern half of France such as Aisne, Doubs, Upper and Lower Rhine, Ardennes and Vosges remain on yellow alert due to the snowfall caused by storm Caetano. No departments are under orange alert.

• In Normandy, train traffic has resumed on the Paris-Rouen line, but clearance work is continuing on the Rouen-Le Havre and Paris-Cherbourg lines, which is expected to be restored as reported on Friday (22 November). There are still disruptions in the Ile-de-France region on lines L2 and U as well as in Limousin and the Nantes region as of Saturday (23 November).
