As per reports, mobile telephone service in Pakistan for election day on Thursday (08 February) has been temporarily suspended amidst news of unrest.

Polling commenced at 0800 hours and will continue till 1700 hours. While, just before the election, two bombings occurred at offices in Baluchistan province, resulting in the death of 30 people and injuring several others.
