As per reports, through Thursday (04 January) evening protesting merchants blocked traffic on Avenida Javier Rojo Gomez near the intersection with Calle Sur 16 in the Iztapalapa area of Mexico City.

Around 1930 hours local time on Thursday (04 January), relatives of those arrested for the shooting reached an agreement with authorities from the Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México (FGJCDMX – Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City) and the blockade has been lifted.
