As per reports, doctors across South Korea are scheduled to stage major rallies in the upcoming week (12-15 February) to protest the government’s planned hike in the enrollment quota for medical schools. Korean Medical Association (KMA) are likely to hold nationwide protests on Thursday (15 February).
On Sunday (11 February), doctors affiliated with the Korea Emergency Medical Association have also announced a decision to form an emergency council and join collective action plans led by the KMA.
