As per reports, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday (29 June) ordered Judicial custody to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case related to excise policy till Friday (12 July).
The court had allowed his wife Sunita Kejriwal and his lawyers to meet him for 30 minutes during the custody period. Moreover, given CM Kejriwal’s arrest, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers staged protests at Gandhi Park in Dehradun on Saturday (29 June).
