As per reports, following are the latest updates regarding blockade of Olympic Park Handball Gymnasium in Seoul as of Wednesday (17 June):

• On Tuesday (16 June), election protesters continued to occupy and restrict access to the Olympic Park Handball Gymnasium in Seoul for a 12th consecutive day, demanding a rerun of the 03 June local elections over alleged ballot shortages at multiple polling stations.
• Sports organizations operating from offices within the facility remained unable to access the premises, while tensions persisted between protesters, sports officials, and authorities. Police monitored the situation and warned protesters of potential legal consequences for obstructing business operations.
• As of Wednesday (17 June), the blockade is likely to remain in place as no resolution has been announced and protesters continue to maintain their demands. Access restrictions and associated disruptions at the facility are expected to persist until an agreement is reached or authorities intervene to clear the site.
