As per reports, a shooting incident involving police personnel and a suspected fugitive is causing travel delays in Rockland county, New York on Wednesday (03 January).

• Delays have been reported at the I-87 SB at mile marker 31.5 in Ramapo, with three right lanes being closed due to the active police investigation.
