As per reports, the Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) has issued a notice for certain road diversions and traffic restrictions for the Sinulog Parade on Sunday (21 January). The following directions have been issued:

• The CCTO will open F. Vestil Street as a one-way traffic carriageway for the entrance of the South Road Properties (SRP).
• The CCTO has discouraged persons from bringing personal vehicles due to limited parking space, and urged them to use public transport. Four stops for buses and jeepneys/public utility vehicles (PUVs) have been designated, including two along F. Vestil Street, and one at SRP bridge and L. Gabuya Street, respectively.
• A part of the East-bound carriageway of the Cebu South Coastal Road will remain closed for traffic movement, as it will be designated as a parade route. The West-bound carriageway will serve as a two-way route for traffic movement in both directions.
• Designated parking will be available at the venue, while additional parking arrangements will be made at the adjacent mall.
• Traffic authorities will coordinate with Cebu law enforcement, military units, and other concerned agencies to ensure proper traffic flow, and orderly conduct of the event.
