Traffic diversions announced on Karampura/Moti Nagar Flyover in Delhi from Saturday to Thursday (10-29 October)

As per the Delhi Traffic Police, traffic movement around the Karampura/Moti Nagar Flyover in Delhi is likely to be affected from Saturday (10 October) to Thursday (29 October) due to repair and rehabilitation work being undertaken by the Public Works Department (PWD).

During the second phase of the work, the carriageway of the flyover from Shadipur/Kirti Nagar (Patel Road) towards Karampura/Moti Nagar will remain closed throughout this period. The service and slip road will remain open to facilitate traffic movement.

• Traffic travelling from Patel Nagar and Karol Bagh towards Punjabi Bagh has been advised to take a left turn at Dr. Goswami Girdhari Lal Chowk towards Goswami Girdhari Lal Marg, followed by a right turn onto Mahatma Gandhi Marg (Ring Road) towards Raja Garden.
• Commuters travelling from Shadipur and Kirti Nagar towards Moti Nagar have been advised to take a left turn after Kirti Nagar Metro Station onto Satguru Ram Singh Marg, followed by a right turn onto Bhimsen Dhingra Road and another right turn onto Shivaji Marg (Najafgarh Road).
• Commuters have been advised to plan their journeys in advance, allow additional travel time and follow the directions of traffic personnel and diversion signage at the site.
• They have also been requested to cooperate with the traffic management arrangements to facilitate the safe and smooth movement of vehicles during the repair work.
