As per Pune City Police, no-parking restrictions will be implemented from 2300 hours (local time) on Thursday (24 September) until the end of the main Ganesh Visarjan procession on the following roads.
• Parking will be prohibited on Laxmi Road from Sant Kabir Chowk to Alka Talkies Chowk, Kelkar Road from Budhwar Chowk to Alka Talkies Chowk, Kumthekar Road from Shanipar Chowk to Alka Talkies Chowk, and Tilak Road from Jathe Chowk to Alka Talkies Chowk.
• The restrictions will also apply on Bajirao Road from Puram Chowk to Futka Buruj Chowk, Shivaji Road from Gadgil Statue to Jadhe Chowk, Shastri Road from Senadatt Police Chowki to Alka Talkies Chowk, Junglee Maharaj Road from Jhansi Rani Chowk to Khandoji Baba Chowk, Karve Road from Nalstop to Khandojibaba Chowk, and Ferguson College Road from Khandoji Baba Chowk to Goodluck Chowk.
• Parking will also be prohibited within 100 metres of the elevated roads connecting Khandoji Baba Chowk to Hotel Vaishali, and existing parking arrangements on the specified roads will remain suspended for the above period.
• Entry of heavy vehicles will also be restricted across Pune city for 48 hours. The restriction will remain in force from 0001 hours (local time) on Friday (25 September) until 2400 hours (local time) on Saturday (26 September), during which entry of all types of heavy vehicles into the city will be prohibited.

– PMPML Ground, near Puram Chowk: Four-wheelers
– Peshwa Park, Sarasbagh: Two-wheelers
– Harjeevan Hospital, opposite Savarkar Chowk: Two-wheelers
– Patil Plaza Parking: Two-wheelers
– Parvati to Dandekar Bridge: Two-wheelers
– Dandekar Bridge to Ganeshmala: Two-wheelers
– Ganeshmala to Rajaram Bridge: Two-wheelers
– Nilayam Talkies: Two-wheelers and four-wheelers
– BMCC College Grounds: Two-wheelers and four-wheelers
– Abasaheb Garware College: Two-wheelers and four-wheelers
