As per reports, three people were killed in a suspected Maoist attack with sharp weapons in the Basaguda village of Bijapur district on Monday (25 March) between 1500 and 1700 hours. Two died on the spot, while one died during treatment in a nearby hospital.

A case has been registered and further investigations are underway.
