As per reports, a large group of Meira Paibi (social activists) women confronted Central forces attempting to deposit confiscated weapons at the Kumbi Police Station on Tuesday (30 April). The central forces fired shots into the air to scatter the crowd.

The women tried to obstruct a Casper vehicle transporting weapons, ammunition, and explosives confiscated from Village Defense Forces (VDF) personnel during an operation in the morning hours.
