As per reports, air temperatures are expected to decrease across Latvia on Friday (07 August), with daytime temperatures forecast between 19 degrees Celsius and 24 degrees Celsius, while overnight lows are expected to range between 13 degrees Celsius and 18 degrees Celsius.

• Southwesterly winds are expected to strengthen from the overnight hours along the coast before expanding across the country during the day, with gusts reaching 11 meter per second-16 meter per second.
• Temporary rainfall and isolated thunderstorms are forecast overnight across Latgale and Sēlija, while light rainfall may also occur in parts of Kurzeme and Vidzeme. No significant precipitation is expected in Riga, where temperatures will range from 16 degrees Celsius to 23 degrees Celsius, with wind gusts reaching 14 meter per second.
