As per reports, the National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management (INHGA) forecasts snowfall for parts of Romania through Friday (07 February).
• Significant snowfall is forecast for Azuga on Wednesday (05 February), with daytime temperatures reaching minus five Degree Celsius and an overnight minimum of minus seven Degree Celsius. Snow is also expected on Thursday (06 February) and Friday (07 February), with even colder conditions, including nighttime temperatures dropping to minus ten Degree Celsius.
• Cold and snowy weather is also expected in Predeal in the coming days. Meteorologists have predicted consistent snowfall across several mountain areas, particularly in the Carpathians. Romania is currently being affected by a polar vortex, which will bring snowfall and low temperatures to various regions of the country.
