As per reports, on Tuesday (14 April), approximately 100 municipal leaders (mayors) associated with Peronist political groups conducted a protest march in Buenos Aires, assembling near the National Ministry of Economy to raise concerns regarding fuel pricing and delays in public infrastructure projects.

• The demonstration included participation from mayors aligned with Axel Kicillof, as well as members of La Cámpora and the Argentine Federation of Municipalities (FAM). The group presented demands calling for reduction in fuel prices and the resumption of national-level public works.
• Protest representatives cited concerns over allocation of fuel-related tax revenues, referencing estimates that significant funds collected through energy and transport-related levies have not been directed toward infrastructure development.
