As per reports, two individuals were reportedly found dead after sustaining gunshot wounds in the 14000 block of Skyline Boulevard in the Oakland Hills on Saturday (16 August).
• The incident was reported around 1120 hours (local time) prompting officers to respond quickly to the scene.
• The shooting took place near Skyline Circle, not far from Keller Avenue, where the victims were discovered near a vehicle just off the roadway. The Oakland Police Department (OPD) and homicide investigators responded, and while medics attempted life-saving measures, both victims were pronounced dead on-site.
• Skyline Boulevard and nearby areas were reportedly closed for several hours as investigators secured and processed the crime scene.
• Authorities confirmed that the situation was contained and assured the public that there was no active threat.
