As per reports, a double shooting incident took place near the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Budlong Avenue in Los Angeles’s Adams-Normandie neighborhood on Wednesday (24 January) at around 1600 hours (local time), leading to severe injuries to the victims.

• Students of the University of Southern California (USC) were promptly notified through TrojansAlert, the university’s emergency notification system, due to its close proximity to the incident site. The communication advised students and staff to exercise caution and avoid the affected area.
• The shooting victims were taken to an area hospital. Los Angles Police Department officials remained on the scene to conduct investigations.
