As per reports, a bullet struck the main vehicle in the motorcade of Colombian Vice President Francia Márquez on Wednesday (10 July). The incident occurred near Timba, Cauca, while Vice President Márquez travelled from Suárez to Cali by helicopter. The bullet entered the vehicle above the panoramic window but did not injure any occupants. This marks the second attack on the vice president or her family in less than a month
