As per reports, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has announced planned lane closures on several state routes and an interstate from Sunday (25 December) until Thursday (19 December).
• State Route 99 (SR-99): The Hatch Road offramp from southbound SR-99 in Ceres will be fully closed overnight for bridge work from 2100 hours (local time) on Sunday (15 December) to 0500 hours (local time) on Monday (16 December).
• State Route 33 (SR-33): One-way traffic control will be implemented at E Street in Westley for utility work from between 2200 hours (local time) on Tuesday (17 December) until 0600 hours (local time) on Thursday (19 December).
• State Route 132 (SR-132): One-way traffic control will be in effect between Hart Road and Texas Road for utility work on Wednesday (18 December) from 0900 hours until 1330 hours (local time). Additionally, moving lane closures will occur between Roberts Ferry Road and the Mariposa County line for pavement marker replacement from 0900 hours (local time) on Monday (16 December) until 1600 hours (local time) on Thursday (19 December).
• Interstate 5 (I-5): Full, long-term closures will affect the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 and the auxiliary lane leading to the southbound rest area exit for construction work.
