As per reports, the California Highway Patrol Dispatch log reports a full closure of Highway 36 East at mile marker 15.70 in Humboldt County on Thursday (06 March) due to an active landslide that has obstructed the route. Clean up crews are on the scene. The estimated time of reopening is unknown.
The Highway Patrol has been notified and is coordinating the closure with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office and State Patrol.
