As per reports, resident doctors from various hospitals including AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital, RML Hospital, GTB Hospital, Maulana Azad Medical College, Lady Hardinge Medical College and others gathered outside the Banga Bhawan in New Delhi at 1800 hours on Wednesday (16 October) to protest for justice in the RG Kar case.
At least 50 doctors took part in the protest, which was held as part of the nationwide strike and protest called by the Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA). The Joint Delhi Resident Doctors’ Association (RDA) Action Committee has also announced that it will hold a press conference on Thursday (17 October) to voice their latest demands.
