• The Republican Party has reportedly gained control of the US Senate, marking its first majority in the chamber in four years. Control of the House of Representatives remains undecided, with over 100 races still pending results as of 0430 hours (local time).
• As of 0538 hours (local time) on Wednesday (06 November), Donald Trump has won the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska (overall and Districts 1 and 3), Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Kamala Harris has won the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine District 1, Minnesota, Nebraska District 2, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington.
