Major road renovation work is expected to commence on Glacisstraße in Graz on Monday (13 July), covering a 650-meter stretch between Geidorfplatz and Elisabethstraße. The construction is scheduled to last until the end of August 2026.

• Reportedly, the project is expected to be executed in two distinct phases: Phase 1 is scheduled to last approximately five to six weeks, while Phase 2 may last one to two weeks. Due to spatial limitations, some work during Phase 2 may be conducted overnight.
• Concurrently, Holding Graz may carry out targeted underground sewer excavations and repairs in the immediate vicinity of the Geidorfplatz intersection.
