As per reports, the Freedom Academy Vienna, Freedom Education Institute and FPÖ City Hall Club are scheduled to hold a panel discussion titled ‘The Price of Climate Communism: Who Pays the Price?’ at Vienna City Hall on Tuesday (06 October).
• The event is expected to feature Heartland Institute President James Taylor, Vienna FPÖ leader Dominik Nepp, Gerald Zmuegg and Gerald Markel.
• Reports indicate that Vienna City Hall is expected to host the event in the Volkshalle. The event is organized by FPÖ-affiliated organizations and is not a City of Vienna event. Vienna Mayor Michael Ludwig has publicly stated that the city does not share the positions presented at the event.
• Reportedly, the event is expected to attracted public and political criticism because of the positions associated with Taylor and the Heartland Institute regarding climate policy.
