As per reports, Infrabel has announced that from 14 October until 15 June 2025, train traffic on the Brussels-Luxembourg-Nivelles and Brussels-Luxembourg-Halle/Enghien routes will be significantly reduced due to ongoing construction work on the new bridge over Uccle Saint-Job station, located at Avenue Jean et Pierre Carsoel.
To facilitate the construction, a single-track service will be implemented, leading to fewer trains operating on the affected routes. This reduction in service is likely to increase congestion, particularly during peak morning rush hours, which have already experienced higher than usual passenger volumes since the start of the project.
