As per reports, the Indrali Railway Bridge protest committee has announced plans to escalate agitation following repeated delays in the completion of the Indrali Railway Bridge, which has been under construction for nearly eight years. Following this, a public meeting has been scheduled for Saturday (08 February) at 1600 hours at Jnana Mandira in Udupi, where concerned citizens are invited to participate and discuss further action.
According to the president of the protest committee, the ongoing delay is reportedly impacting residents, particularly school students, and individuals requiring immediate medical attention. Additionally, the committee has reportedly decided to move forward with its planned agitation, expanding protests to highlight mismanagement and delays.
