As per reports, more than 16 activists climbed onto the roof of the building at the former Turkish Consulate General in Zeppelinallee, Frankfurt on Saturday (14 December) where they remained for several hours. Three individuals were arrested, and all 16 participants were charged with trespassing. The police also seized a kitchen knife found on the roof.

The police attempted to clear the roof but were prevented due to safety concerns as the activists began dismantling parts of the scaffolding. Later in the evening, the group voluntarily left the building and attempted to join a nearby demonstration.
