As per reports, workers of Regional People’s Representative Assembly (DPRD) offices are scheduled to stage protest demonstration across district/city DPRD offices throughout West Java. They are demanding the issuance of the 2025 UMSK Decree and removal of the acting governor.
Members of the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions (KSPI) and the Labour Party are scheduled to stage demonstrations at the State Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday (24 December), Thursday (26 December) and Friday (27 December). Nearly 50,000 workers are expected to participate.
