As per reports, Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has scheduled maintenance works from 0900 hours local time (0900 hours UTC) to 1500 hours local time (1500 hours UTC) on Wednesday (17 June), which may result in temporary power supply disruptions in Kumawu and surrounding areas.

Reportedly, affected areas include Kumawu, Oyoko, Banko, Akrofonso, Asamang, Atwea, Bonwire, Amanpe, Adanwomase and Baman. The maintenance works are being conducted to improve electricity service delivery.
