As per reports, the ‘Pico y Placa’ vehicle circulation restrictions are scheduled to be in effect across Bogotá on Tuesday (14 July).

• For private vehicles, the restriction is scheduled to apply between 0600 hours local time (1100 hours UTC) and 2100 hours local time (0200 hours UTC on 15 July). Vehicles with licence plates ending in 01, 02, 03, 04 and 05 are subject to restrictions.
• For taxis, the restriction is scheduled to apply between 0530 hours local time (1030 hours UTC) and 2100 hours local time (0200 hours UTC on 15 July). Taxis with license plates ending in 09 and 00 are to be restricted.
