As per reports, the Moscow Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure has announced night-time traffic restrictions on a section of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter (MSD) from Saturday (25 April) until 01 November.

• The restrictions are scheduled to be in effect daily during the night-time window from 2300 hours local time (2000 hours UTC) to 0530 hours local time (0230 hours UTC).
• The measures affect the section of the MSD (North-Eastern Chord) located near the Likhobory metro station, specifically in the area of house 9A on Verkhnelikhoborskaya Street.
• One traffic lane is expected to be unavailable for vehicle movement throughout the designated nightly maintenance window.
• The Department stated that the lane closures are necessary to facilitate ongoing construction work on the capital’s transport infrastructure.
• The affected areas include the North-Eastern Chord of the MSD, Verkhnelikhoborskaya Street, and the immediate vicinity of the Likhobory metro station.
