As per reports, the North-West Hydrometeorological Center, cited by the regional branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM), forecasts partly cloudy conditions with no significant rainfall but warns of severe frost and fog in some areas overnight and in the morning in Leningrad Oblast on Friday (02 October).
• Reportedly, air temperatures at night are expected to range from minus one degree Celsius to four degrees Celsius, with some locations reaching up to eight degrees Celsius.
• During the day, temperatures are forecast to rise to 12 degrees Celsius to 17 degrees Celsius, though in some places they may remain as low as around nine degrees Celsius.
• Reports indicate that fog is likely to form in parts of the region during the night and early morning hours, reducing visibility on roads and potentially affecting transport and outdoor activities until it dissipates.
