As per reports, the Volga Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring has forecast fog across isolated areas of the Samara region during the night and morning of Tuesday (03 November).
• Reports indicate that visibility is expected to drop to 500 metres or less, prompting authorities to issue a yellow hazard warning for the region.
• Reports suggest that patchy fog accumulation may persist across low-lying terrain and major highway corridors until daytime temperatures rise.
